Family Law

We provide advice and representation in divorce and separation, the division of marital assets, spousal support, child custody and child support issues, and prenuptial agreements.  Family law issues require an understanding of emotional and financial issues, as well as the client’s legal rights.  Whether you’re contemplating divorce from your spouse, have been served with a divorce complaint, or need to fight for custody of your child, we will represent you every step of the way.  We try to find an amicable resolution to every dispute whenever possible.  However, when such a resolution is not possible, we fight zealously to protect your interests.

Administrative Cases

Certain types of legal disputes involve government agencies such as the Board of Education, the Department of Motor Vehicles, and various professional licensing boards.  These cases are governed largely by a body of law called the Administrative Process Act and differ significantly from criminal cases and other types of civil cases.  Whether you have lost your driver’s license, your child has been suspended from school, or your professional license is in jeopardy, we have experience fighting to protect your rights against these government agencies.
